  • Hello Greene School Families,

I hope this message finds you well. We have some new requirements for participating in Athletics this year, and I wanted to make sure you have all the necessary information.

Please review the attached forms, which are essential for Athletic participation this year. You can return them via email at mteman@thegreeneschool.com, drop them off at the school, or hand them to your coach. I’ll keep a hard copy of these documents.

The EL2 and EL3 forms are required by the FHSAA. The EL2 form needs to be completed by a doctor, so if you’ve already had a physical, please send this form to your doctor's office for completion.

Additionally, three online courses must be completed before joining a team: Concussion in Sports, Heat Illness Prevention, and Sudden Cardiac Arrest. Instructions for accessing these courses are included. After finishing, please either print or email the certificate of completion along with the EL2, EL3, and Application to Tryout forms.

I understand this process might be a change from what you’re used to, but these steps are necessary for participation with the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA). We’re excited about the upcoming year and are looking forward to not only a successful academic year but also to enhancing our athletic programs as we strive for State Championships.

Thank you for your attention to these new requirements. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!  Here's to a great year ahead!

    Best regards,
    Mychal Teman

  • THE GREENE SCHOOL’S ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (“AUP”)

The Greene School ("School") is committed to student use of technology as a tool to expand learning opportunities and conduct scholarly research. Students at the School utilize Apple devices and other forms of technology to facilitate global collaboration--a vital skill for our 21st-century learners. Use of computers, other approved devices, and the wireless network on the School's campus are strictly for educational use consistent with the School's educational goals. Along with the opportunity this provides comes responsibility. This Acceptable Use Policy is designed to give the student and the student's family and others on the School's campus clear, easy-to-follow guidelines regarding the appropriate use of school computers and other approved devices. The underlying premise of this policy is that all members of the School's community must uphold the values of honesty and integrity. We expect our students to exercise good judgment and utilize technology with character and honor.
